"How do I buy a ticket?"

Tickets can be bought at the Radford University Bookstore in Dalton Hall and at the Radford Book Exchange on Tyler Avenue. Both accept RU EXPRESS, MASTERCARD, VISA, DISCOVER and AMERICAN EXPRESS as well as cash and personal checks. Tickets can also be purchased over the phone by calling the Home Ride office (953-2266 in Radford or 800-553-6644 out of town) and charging them to your MASTERCARD, VISA, AMERICAN EXPRESS or DISCOVER card. Please have your credit card ready if ordering by phone. Tickets can be bought as far in advance as you wish, on a first-come, first-served basis. Our buses do fill up on some weekends, so we urge you to book early to guarantee seat availability.

Refunds or Cancellations

Home Ride has a very liberal refund policy. Tickets are fully refundable until noon on the Wednesday prior to the departure date. Tickets bought at the Radford University Bookstore or the Radford Book Exchange can be refunded by returning them to the place of purchase. Tickets bought over the phone will be refunded if you call to cancel before the refund deadline.

Multi-Trip Discount Plan

For those of you who need to travel home frequently, Home Ride offers a discount when you buy a package of 3 or more round trips. The package can only be arranged through the Home Ride office. Call 953-2266 or 800-553-6644 for the details.
